Velocity Village is a mixed-use development on A57 Tenter Street in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It was built by the developer Velocity Developments Ltd and designed by AXIS Architecture.

Proposed in 2003, construction began in 2004 and the building was completed in 2006. It was the first part of the three-phase "Velocity Village", one of the largest mixed-use developments in Yorkshire.

The structure itself is built of acid-washed concrete and faced in steel and glass, providing a high reflective surface, intended to be reminiscent of a "sparkling white ‘Le Corbusier’ style, shining in the sun". The lower three floors (office) are faced with highly reflective one-way mirrored glass, while the remainder is green tinted glass panels, similar to those later used on the 66 metre Velocity Tower.

The building is designated as mixed-use, with the ground, first, second and third floors providing 34,000 sq ft (3,200 m2) of office space, and the remainder one- and two-bed apartments for students and professionals.

The whole development was designed with an "Urban village" in mind, and the residents may make use of the nearby amenities of the city centre, such as the shop and bars.

It has some quite unique features, including the balconies on the south elevation being enclosed by green solar glass louvres. these sunboxes allow the space to be used as a balcony in summer, but also closed off from the cold in winter, providing a year-round use.

There is also over 552 secure car parking spaces underneath the building.
