V.5 is the tenth mixtape by American rapper Lloyd Banks, was released on December 28, 2009 for free download.

The mixtape featured confirmed guest appearances from Havoc and Cormega on the track "Greenday" and his G-Unit mate Tony Yayo on D.R.U.G.S. Beats-produced track "No Escape".

In 2014 beat from "Greenday" was used by 50 Cent to his new song "Chase The Paper" which features guest appearances by Kidd Kidd, Styles P and Prodigy on 50's Animal Ambition album.
