Uwe Böhnhardt (1977 - 4 November 2011) was a German right-wing extremist and, together with Uwe Mundlos and Beate Zschäpe, an alleged member of the National Socialist Underground, a neo-Nazi terror group. It is believed that Böhnhardt was killed 2011 by his accomplice Mundlos in an apparent murder-suicide.
Police identified traces of Böhnhardt's DNA on a fragment of fabric found near the site at which the missing girl Peggy Knobloch was found.
