Following the release of previous single 'Back 2 Life' and announcement of third album 'Back 2 Life', the single released on April 17, 2017.
The music video for "Used To" premiered on April 17, 2017. It was over ten minutes and is a part two to the "Back 2 Life" music video. The video still features video features actor Thomas Jones, Jen Morrilo who plays Cynthia.
Part two consists of LeToya whom is now single due to suspicions of her man cheating moving on by going on a date in which she finds uncomfortable. She also bumps into her ex-boyfriend as he talk her into getting back with her which she does not seem interested. LeToya finds herself at an event where she meets him and realises she still hasn't exactly gotten over him. She also sees the woman who was involved in the affair whom spills a drink on her on purpose and is seen flirting with the guy LeToya went on a date with.
