Unstable is the second studio album by the American nu metal band Adema, and is the final album to feature its full original lineup as vocalist Mark Chavez departed the band soon afterwards, although he returned to the band in March 2017. The album was released on August 12, 2003 by Arista Records. It features the self-titled single "Unstable" and has sold about 400,000 copies worldwide. Many songs relied more on instrumentation and harmony instead of distortion in comparison to their previous album. It was less successful than their first album, debuting at number 43 on the Billboard 200 before quickly falling off the chart.

All lyrics written by Mark Chavez; all music composed by Kris Kohls, Mike Ransom, Dave DeRoo & Tim Fluckey.
