Ulat Bayan (Filipino word for "nation report") is the flagship evening newscast of the People's Television Network Channel 4. It started airing on July 10, 2017, replacing PTV News Primetime Edition, from 6:00 - 7:00pm PST with replays Mondays at 6:00 to 7:00am PST as part of programming changes brought about by the relaunch of PTV on June 28, 2017. It is anchored by PTV News holdovers Aljo Bendijo and Catherine Vital (formerly from 9:15 pm edition).
