The Keck Hospital of USC, formerly USC University Hospital, is a private teaching hospital of the University of Southern California (USC). The hospital is part of the USC Keck School of Medicine. They are located on the USC Health Sciences Campus, which is adjacent to the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, east of Downtown Los Angeles.
It was started by National Medical Enterprises (later renamed Tenet Healthcare), which sold the hospital and a cancer center to USC in 2009 for $275 million after three years of litigation between the parties.
