UNICOM Global is a US-based IT company, headquartered in Mission Hills, California. It is the parent company of the formerly NASDAQ-listed UNICOM Government, Inc. (then known as GTSI), whom it acquired in June 2012.
It is also the parent company of USRobotics, Macro 4 and Firetide. It has acquired a number of products from IBM – System Architect, Focal Point, Purify, solidDB and the PowerHouse programming language.
In 2006, they acquired SoftLanding Systems, who were one of the "Big Three" change management vendors on the IBM i platform.
In 2015, its subsidiary Unicom Government was one of 6 vendors jointly awarded a $652 million U.S. Army contract for enterprise IT modernization.
