U.S.D. Cavese 1919, is an Italian football club, based in Cava de' Tirreni, Campania. Currently it plays in Serie D.

The origins of football in Cava de' Tirreni go back to 1919 when was founded Unione Sportiva Cavese that changed its name to S.S. Cavese 1919. In the summer 2011 the club was excluded from Lega Pro Seconda Divisione and since the season 2011–12 it plays only in the youth championship of Juniores Regionale Campania.

The team was founded in 2011 as A.S.D. Città della Cava 1394, renaming it the Vis San Giorgio.

In the season 2011–12 the team was promoted from Eccellenza Campania/B to Serie D after playoffs.

In the summer 2012 it was renamed U.S.D. Pro Cavese after the merger with A.S.D. Aquilotto Metelliano Cavese (that played in Prima Categoria Salerno) and the obtaining of intangible assets, with the exception of the brand and the sports title, of the historic S.S. Cavese 1919 that currently plays in the youth championship of Juniores Regionale Campania.

In the summer 2013 it was renamed U.S.D. Cavese 1919.

The team's colors are blue and white.
