Two Rivers Broadcasting

Ingstad Family Media is a broadcasting company in Valley City, North Dakota. The home offices are at 232 3rd St. NE, Valley City. As its name suggests, it has been owned by members of the Ingstad family, originally dating back to the beginning in the 1930s.

Robert Ingstad started in the family business by owning several radio stations with his wife Janice, including the flagship radio station of the Ingstad family, KOVC, which was put on the air in 1936 by his father Robert Ingstad Sr.

Robert Jr. died on May 4, 2007, and his widow Janice continues to own and operate the stations.

James Ingstad is also the founder of Radio Fargo-Moorhead, Inc. and Ingstad Radio Washington. They are also related to former American Top 40 host and KROQ-FM founder Shadoe Stevens (born Terry Ingstad).

Radio Fargo-Moorhead, the second company to use that name, formed in 2013 to purchase the Fargo-Moorhead stations of Triad Broadcasting, just days after selling the first Radio Fargo-Moorhead. The group consists of KBVB, KDLB, KLTA, KPFX, KQWB, KQWB-FM (and an LMA on KBMW-FM). The new Radio Fargo-Moorhead group identifies themselves as "Radio FM Media".

Ingstad Radio Washington owns radio stations in Yakima and Tri-Cities, operating as subsidiaries Radio Yakima and Radio Tri-Cities, respectively. Ingstad Radio Washington stations were previously owned by New Northwest Broadcasters.

Radio Yakima consists of KXDD, KRSE, KARY-FM, KHHK, KTCR and KBBO, and Radio Tri-Cities consists of KUJ-FM, KIOK, KEGX, KJOX, KKSR and KALE.
