The Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes Baronetcy, of Banbury in the County of Oxford, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. As of this date, it is held by Sir Ranulph Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes (born 1944), the third Baronet, a well-known adventurer and third cousin of actor Ralph Fiennes, and as a descendant of the 17th Baron Saye and Sele, also in remainder to this title.

This baronetcy was created in 1916 for the Liberal politician, the Honourable Eustace Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, who had previously represented Banbury in Parliament. Sir Eustace was the second son of John Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, 17th Baron Saye and Sele. As of this date, the baronetcy is held by his grandson, Sir Ranulph Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes (born 1944), the third Baronet, who is a well-known adventurer and third cousin of actors Joseph and Ralph Fiennes. As a descendant of the 17th Baron Saye and Sele, Sir Ranulph is also in remainder to this title.

There is as yet no heir to the baronetcy.
