Named after the Tunxis Native American Tribe, Tunxis Community College is a two-year public college located in Farmington, Connecticut, United States. It opened in 1969 and is currently one of the twelve colleges in the Connecticut Community Colleges system.
Tunxis Community College is licensed and accredited by the Connecticut Board of Governors for Higher Education and accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.
