Tunkhannock Area High School lies in the valley of the Endless Mountains. The school is located at 135 Tiger Street, Tunkhannock in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. It is the sole high school operated by the Tunkhannock Area School District. By 2014, enrollment at Tunkhannock Area HIgh School declined to 836 pupils in 9th through 12th grades, with 34.78% of pupils eligible for a free lunch due to the family meeting the federal poverty level.
