Tribal Group plc (: ) is an education support services company with headquarters in Bristol in the United Kingdom. On the 29th May, company shares ceased trading on the London Stock Exchange and as of 3rd May 2016, Tribal Group was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Tribal is a leading provider of technology products and services to the education, learning and training markets, they are based in the UK, and operate internationally, particularly in Australia, New Zealand and the US.

On 1st March 2016, Tribal Group made a strategic decision to dispose of the Synergy product to Servelec Group for £20.25 million. This was followed by a rights issue of nearly 95 million extra shares at 22 pence per share raising £20.87 million. The proceeds from the Synergy sale and the rights issue were used to reduce company debt.

In 2010, Tribal commenced a disposal programme which saw them dispose of their Support Services division. The Tribal Resourcing business was sold in March 2011 and in April 2011, Tribal completed the sale of its Health and Government businesses to Capita Group.

This programme allowed Tribal to simplify their organisational structure and move away from areas which created risk to future financial stability. As a result, their cost base was significantly reduced and they redeveloped their former Education division into Technology and Services divisions.

In March 2009 Tribal was awarded the contract to conduct Ofsted inspections of schools in the South of England, making it the largest of the three Regional Inspection Service Providers. Other large contracts have been with the National Health Service and the Prison Service.

The Tribal Group are most well known for SITS:Vision, an application used for the management of courses, students and exams in universities.

Tribals Student Information Desk is a market leading student support system which aims to increase student retention and wellbeing.

On the 28th October 2014, all TAFE institutes across New South Wales, Australia, went live with ebs4 in what is possibly the largest educational implementation in the world. TAFE's failure to implement the system effectively (as at May 2016) has been heavily criticized by the NSW auditor Grant Hehir, who said that the major causes of the cost increases and delays to the program are changing requirements and scope, a "high level" of uncertainty in business cases, governance weakness, and lack of program and contract management.
