Titus Statilius Maximus (dates of birth and death unknown) was a Roman senator in the 2nd century AD. His father, Titus Statilius Maximus Serus Hadrianus, was consul in 115. He was consul with Lucio Hedio Rufo Lolliano Avito in 144. Around 157/158, he was made proconsul for Asia. His son, Titus Statilius Severus, was made consul in 171.
