Timber Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 329 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), of which, 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2) of it is land and 1.32% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 329 people, 157 households, and 113 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 433.9 people per square mile (167.1/km²). There were 166 housing units at an average density of 218.9/sq mi (84.3/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.09% White, 0.30% Asian, 0.30% from other races, and 0.30% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.61% of the population.
