Tim Nanai-Williams (born 12 June 1989) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He currently plays for the Chiefs in the Super Rugby competitions and for Counties Manukau in the Mitre 10 Cup. He has also represented New Zealand and Samoa in sevens rugby.

He is the cousin of Sonny Bill Williams and the younger brother of current Ulster Rugby and ex Auckland Blues player Nick Williams.

Nanai-Williams attended Manurewa High School and was an original member of the Rugby Academy established by Andrew Talaimanu, former Counties Manukau player & NPC Coach and a MHS Old Boy. Nanai-Williams was a star of the 1st XV at Manurewa High School especially in 2006 when they finished the year undefeated. He played age-group rugby representing New Zealand in the U-17 and School Boys, the latter in 2006 and 2007. He also played for Counties Manukau's U-20 team. He was a member of the New Zealand and Counties Manukau sevens teams from 2008 to 2009.

In 2010, Nanai-Williams debuted for the Chiefs against the Sharks. He re-signed with Counties Manukau for the 2010 season.

Nanai-Williams became the first player to change his international allegiance through the World Rugby loophole. Having played for the Samoan sevens teams, he was selected for Samoa for the historic test match against the All Blacks in Apia. He debuted at full back during that test.
