Tilly Keeper (born 16 August 1997) is an English actress. She is known for being the fourth actress to take on the role of Louise Mitchell on the BBC One soap opera EastEnders.
Keeper was born in London, England. Her father is Peter Keeper, one of the Spitting Image writers, and she has older brothers. She attended the D&B Academy of Performing Arts School in Bromley for 14 years. From the age of 4 Tilly took ballet lessons before joining their agency at the age of 7. Keeper lives in Chislehurst, Kent with her parents and she attended Bromley High School.
Keeper's first professional role was in Oliver! from March to July 2009, where she played a member of the Sovereign's team. Keeper's first television role was in 2016 in an episode of Millie Inbetween. In December 2015, Keeper was cast in the role of Louise Mitchell in EastEnders, appearing from 15 January 2016. Keeper appeared in an Oral-B commercial and had a role in a short film, Female Dog.
