Use Your Fingers is the debut studio album by the Bloodhound Gang. It was released on July 18, 1995, by Cheese Factory Records. Some of the songs on the album were reworked version of demos from Bloodhound Gang's earlier demo tapes, Just Another Demo and The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to Hitler's Handicapped Helpers as well as the Dingleberry Haze EP.

All songs written and composed by Jimmy Pop and Daddy Long Legs unless noted.

"One Way" contains a sample from "Theme From Sanford & Son," and initially, according to the band's website prior to 2004, resulted in a cease and desist from Quincy Jones (it was ultimately resolved - Jones received co-writing credit, and the song remains on the album. The band has described the album as "the one that resulted in the most cease and desist orders in the band's history.").

"She Ain't Got No Legs" originally contained a sample from the Cure, but frontman Robert Smith refused to grant permission.

"Coo Coo Ca Choo" originally contained a sample from "Sunshine of Your Love" by Cream, but guitarist Eric Clapton refused permission, so had to be replaced with a live guitar part (played by Lüpüs Thünder).

The original version of "You're Pretty When I'm Drunk" was performed as an a cappella. When performed live, it would be performed with instruments. After Jared Hennegan, Harry Dean and Michael Guthier joined the band, the lyrics would be changed to refer to them.
