The Musical World of Little Nell (Aquatic Teenage Sex & Squalor) is an EP released by Little Nell in 1978 which features recordings from 1975 and 1976.

This recording was produced and written by the team of Richard Hartley and Brian Thomson, who both played a major part in the creation of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Shock Treatment.

The release was claimed to be a triple B-side (with the cover claiming it to be the first triple B-side ever to be released) although it did contain a track previously released as an A-side. It contains both sides of her debut single, "Stillettos and Lipstick" / "Do the Swim", which was released in the UK and Australia in 1975 but did not chart in either country, as well as the B-side of her second single from 1976. This is titled "Tropical Isle" on the record label but "Dance that Cocktail Latin Way" (which was its original title) on the sleeve.

"Do The Swim" is also famous for a performance on the LWT show The London Weekend Show where Little Nell's swimsuit slipped multiple times during the song, exposing her breasts.

Music videos were filmed for the songs "Do the Swim" and "Stillettos and Lipstick". The "Do the Swim" video was shown at The Rocky Horror Picture Show conventions and as a preview at midnight showings of the movie.
