The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever (Hangul: 화양연화 Young Forever; RR: Hwayang-yeonhwa Young Forever) is the first compilation album of South Korean boy group, BTS. The special album was released on May 2, 2016, supported with three music videos. The album contains songs from their two extended plays in 2015, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1, and The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2, three new songs and several new remixes. On June 1, 2016, a Taiwan edition of the album was also released.
Since The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever was released as a special album, only one week of promotions on music shows was planned to allow for the band to continue with their individual activities, performances and overseas schedules. The comeback stage for the album was on M! Countdown on May 12, where they performed "Save Me", "Butterfly" and "Fire", which won first place of the week. That same week they also performed on Music Bank, Music Core and Inkigayo, winning a total of three music show awards for the title song "Fire". Fuse stated that, "Fire" is the lead single from The Most Beautiful Moment In Life: Young Forever, a compilation album of the aforementioned two EPs with new tracks and remixes. The cut feels like an upgraded version of "Dope," a standout single off BTS' The Most Beautiful Moment In Life, Pt. 1 EP, with its aggressive combination of zipping synthesizers, trap percussion and group chants. "Fire" stands out for the snippets of house production and twitching electronics, while the boys deliver some of their most impressive rap sections to date, with member J-Hope particularly shining in the track's opening verse. The accompanying music video also sees the guys whipping out their most intense choreography to date. At one moment, BTS look at risk to suffer from whiplash from their quick group moves, and at other times they're serving straight-up Matrix with the impressive slo-mo choreo.
