The Lott (stylized the Lott) is the Official Australian Lotteries brand encompassing the Government licenced Lottery businesses Golden Casket, NSW Lotteries, Tattersall's Sweeps and SA Lotteries owned by the Tatts Group. The Lott is owned by Tatts Group Limited, the only official Government licensed operator in Australia.
In June 2016, Tatts Group united its Australian lottery brands including Tatts, NSW Lotteries, Golden Casket and SA Lotteries under one banner. Originally called Tattersall’s, Tatts Group has been in the Australian lottery business for more than 134 years. Tatts Group now operates the official, government-regulated lotteries in Victoria, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and South Australia under 'the Lott' banner.
