Lazlow Show is an American radio show created and hosted by Lazlow Jones. It was first aired on K-Rock in 2005, and then broadcast onward through 2009 on XM Satellite Radio as part of the "Saturday Night Virus". It again moved to ustream.com on Anthony Cumia's "Live From The Compound", and is currently recorded at Lazlow's house and released on his website lazlow.com. The show is produced by former Opie and Anthony's senior producer Danny Ross. The shows average around three hours long, and are aired live (or recorded) on Saturday nights, on an irregular schedule.

The show first aired on July 17, 2005 on rock station K-Rock on Friday nights before being moved to Sunday nights from 6pm to 10pm EST. When on K-Rock, the show always aired on delay, as Big Wayne or one of the many guests would curse or say something offensive which could cause the station to get fined. The show doubled the ratings for Sunday night. The 23rd, and final K-Rock show was broadcast December 18, 2005. After the show stopped broadcasting on K-Rock, it was moved to a non-regular schedule on The Virus beginning on April 8, 2006. The Lazlow Show stopped being broadcast on The Virus after XM Satellite Radio merged with Sirius Satellite Radio.

Episode 43 (broadcast on October 4, 2009) was the first episode with live streaming video during the show. It was also the first not to be broadcast on Sirius XM Radio. The show went on an 8-month hiatus due to Lazlow's involvement with Red Dead Redemption. The show returned on June 20, 2010, streaming from the Anthony Cumia's "compound", it became top recommended show on ustream when it was live. Exactly five months later, episode 45 was broadcast from "the compound" as live streaming video, but the hosts did not appear on-camera. On July 30, 2011, the show was back for episode 46, but this time was aired as a "telethon" due to Big Wayne's growing health issues. Fans who wanted to donate to cover Wayne's medical bills could do so through Lazlow's official site and would be mentioned on air as a thank you. Months later on April 7, 2012, episode 47 of the show was available. For episode 48 on October 27, 2012, Lazlow used his home studio to record the show. This show was recorded and released unannounced unlike previous shows. Following the show, the studio nearly became flooded due to Hurricane Sandy, and was just barely saved. On May 2, 2013, episode 49 was released. During episode 49, Lazlow talked about returning to SiriusXM to celebrate 50 episodes and Big Wayne's 50th birthday, which took place on May 26, 2013. In episode 51, Wayne was motivated to live a healthier life, giving up his extensive habit of smoking marijuana (having been a regular using since 12 years old). He joined Narcotics Anonymous, and gave up smoking for 403 days. Wayne died of a heart attack on November 3, 2014. He was 51 years old.
