Teoman Alibegović (born January 11, 1967) is former Bosnian-Slovenian professional basketball player, coach and manager. With 990 points, he is all-time top scorer of the Slovenia national basketball team.

Alibegović was born in Zenica, SFR Yugoslavia (present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina). Later he moved with his family to Jesenice, SR Slovenia, where he attented primary school and started playing basketball at KK Jesenice. In 1982 he joined KK Olimpija youth categories. After two years he switched Ljubljana for Sarajevo, where he played for then one of the top clubs in Yugoslav First Basketball League, KK Bosna. In 1988 he went on to study at Oregon State University. After 3 years he graduated from Business and Communication. The Quad City Thunder selected him at 1991 Continental Basketball Association draft, but never played for them. However, first pro season he played with CBA team Yakima Sun Kings. Teo joined Fortitudo Bologna end of season 1991–92. From 1993 to 1996 he played with Alba Berlin, helping them win Korać Cup. Before 1996–97 he signed with Fenerbahçe, but after six months he was back to Italy, this time with Trieste. Next season 1997–98 he played with Cáceres CB. For season 1998–99 he returned to Trieste. From 1999 to 2002 he played for Snaidero Udine. Last pro year he spelled in Greece, playing for Ionikos N.F. B.C..
