State Route 386 (SR 386) is a four-lane controlled-access freeway located in the counties of Davidson and Sumner in Tennessee. It is known as Vietnam Veterans Boulevard. It serves as a bypass for U.S. Highway 31E (US 31E) from Nashville to Hendersonville and Gallatin. There is no direct access from the southbound lanes of SR 386 to I-65 northbound; signage at the Conference Drive exit provides a route to access I-65 northbound.
It carries a 70-mile-per-hour (115 km/h) speed limit in Davidson County, and 65 mph (105 km/h) speed limit in Sumner County. The route terminated at exit 9 until 2007, when it was extended to Gallatin.
