State Route 184 (abbreviated SR 184) is a 12.92 miles (20.79 km) highway between the cities of Troy and Union City, Tennessee.

The route begins at Troy, Tennessee as a rural two-lane secondary highway and continues parallel to the U.S. Highway 51 / Tennessee State Route 3 expressway for its first 8.5 miles (13.7 km). Within Union City, Tennessee, SR 184 is a 5-lane undivided highway and follows E. Reelfoot Avenue for approximately 1.75 miles (2.82 km) as a hidden concurrency with U.S. Highway 45W. SR-184 turns northerly at Miles Street for 0.86 miles (1.38 km) and then turns northwesterly along Nailing Drive before terminating at the Tennessee State Route 22 freeway. At this point, SR 184 changes to Tennessee State Route 214 which continues north along the Kenn-Tenn Highway. SR-184 is unsigned throughout its entire length from its junction with U.S. Highway 51 to its terminus at Tennessee State Route 22.

SR 184 from Troy, Tennessee to Union City, Tennessee represents the old two-lane alignment of U.S. Highway 51 & Tennessee State Route 3.
