The University of Applied Sciences of Central Macedonia / Technological Educational Institute of Central Macedonia (TEICM; Greek: Πανεπιστήμιο Εφαρμοσμένων Επιστημών / Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας) is a higher-educational institute supervised by the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs.
It was founded in 1983 and is located in the city of Serres. It was renamed from Technological Educational Institute of Serres (TEISER; Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Σερρών) to its current name in 2013. It consists of three schools: the School of Technological Applications, the School of Administration and Economics and the School of Graphic Arts and Design.
An external evaluation of all academic departments in Greek universities will be conducted by the Hellenic Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency (HQAA) in the following years.
