Malmö Theatre Academy (Swedish: Teaterhögskolan i Malmö) is a theatre academy at Lund University in Malmö, Sweden, which educates actors and playwrights.
It was started at the Malmö City Theatre in 1944. In 1964 the school became the Statens scenskola and in 1977 became a part of Lund University. Over the years the school has trained over 500 actors.
In 1953, the director Ingmar Bergman joined it. It was there he wrote “Trämålningen”, which later became the classic film The Seventh Seal.
