Tatiana Encarnación (born 28 July 1985) is a Puerto Rican female volleyball player. She was part of the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team.
She participated at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, and at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Japan. She played with Gigantes de Carolina. She was going to the 2012 Olympics for beach volleyball but her partner got injured. After having her first child, Danika, with professional baseball player Jesus Motorita she has continued to play professional court and beach volleyball.
