Tang Liangzhi

Tang Liangzhi (Chinese: 唐良智; born June 1960) is a Chinese politician and current Communist Party Secretary of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. He previously served as mayor of Wuhan, the provincial capital of Hubei. His advocacy for major construction development during his time as mayor of Wuhan earned him the nickname "Mr. Dig Dig."
