TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (2012) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE, which took place on December 16, 2012, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. It was the fourth annual TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs event, the first professional wrestling event to be held at the Barclays Center, and WWE's first event held in Brooklyn.

Ten matches were contested at the event, including two on the pre-show. In the main event, Dolph Ziggler defeated John Cena in a Ladder match for the Money in the Bank contract with assistance from AJ Lee. Also, The Shield made their in-ring debut by defeating Ryback and Team Hell No in the first ever Six-Man Tag Team Tables, Ladders and Chairs match won by either pinfall or submission, and Big Show defeated Sheamus in a Chairs match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. The event also featured Team Rhodes Scholars defeating Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in a Tag Team Tables match to become the No. 1 Contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championship. This event was the only TLC event to not feature a WWE Championship Match as the current champion, CM Punk, was injured.
