TDK Mediactive

TDK Mediactive, Inc. was an American video game publisher based in Westlake Village, California. Founded on March 5, 1990 as a subsidiary of TDK, it published various video games, of which some are based on licensed properties. The company filed for bankruptcy on November 24, 2003, but was acquired by Take-Two Interactive in the following December. In 2005, the company was folded into Take-Two Interactive's licensing house, Take-Two Licensing, Inc., which filed for bankruptcy later that year.
