Sweet Justice is an American legal drama television series starring Cicely Tyson and Melissa Gilbert. The half-hour series ran from September 15, 1994 to April 22, 1995 on NBC. The series was produced by Trotwood Productions in association with Columbia Pictures Television.
The series was about a Wall Street Lawyer named Kate Delacroy (Gilbert) who returned to her Southern hometown to work at a progressive law firm that often clashed with her father's own conservative firm. The progressive firm is led by Carrie Grace Battle (Tyson).
Tyson was nominated for an Emmy and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her role on the series.
