Sultan Sumagka (formerly Talitay) is a 6th class municipality in the province of Maguindanao, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 14,863 people.
Talitay was created under Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 52 on August 30, 1996. It was carved out of the municipality of Talayan. It was renamed to Sultan Sumagka through the enactment of Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 228.
Sultan Sumagka is politically subdivided into 9 barangays.
