Strutt & Parker is a UK property partnership, founded in 1885 by the partnership of two friends, Hon. Edward Gerald Strutt and Charles Alfred Parker, who set out to provide estate management services to their local community. Edward Strutt was married to Louisa Tufnell the daughter of John Jolliffe Tufnell of Langleys in Essex.
It is one of the largest property partnerships in the UK. It has more than 45 offices, and over 800 staff.
In August 2017, it was announced that Strutt & Parker was being acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
