Steven Zuber (born 17 August 1991) is a Swiss footballer who plays as a midfielder for 1899 Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga.
Steven Zuber was born on 17 August 1991 in Winterthur, Zürich, Switzerland to Walter and Susanne Zuber. He has five siblings: Melanie, Kevin, Severin, David, and Marvin. On 27 May 2015, Steven married his long-time girlfriend, Mirjana Vasovic.
He made his first-team debut for Grasshopper on 12 July 2008 in the Intertoto Cup second round, second leg match against KS Besa, where he came on as an 83rd-minute substitute. Soon after that, on 3 August 2008, he made his first league appearance for Grasshopper, in a 1–1 draw with FC Vaduz in the Swiss Super League.
On 5 July 2013, Zuber signed a five-year contract with Russian Premier League Champions CSKA Moscow. Zuber made his CSKA Moscow debut on 13 July 2013, against Zenit St. Petersburg in the 2013 Russian Super Cup, which CSKA won 3–0. Zuber made his league debut 4 days later on 17 July against Ural Sverdlovsk Oblast.
On 14 August 2014, Zuber moved to 1899 Hoffenheim.Hoffenheim signed Steven to a four-year deal. On 25 January 2017, Steven Zuber extended his contract with TSG Hoffenheim until 2020.
