Steve Lang (March 24, 1949 – February 4, 2017) was a Canadian musician best known for his role as a bassist in the rock band April Wine from 1976 to 1984. Lang replaced then-bassist Jim Clench in 1976. When April Wine reformed in 1993, Steve Lang was not amongst the line-up.
After leaving April Wine, Lang was working in the financial field.
Lang was born in Montreal, Quebec. He was the father of Canadian musician Erin Lang.
At the time of his death, Lang reportedly suffered from Parkinson’s disease.
