St Thomas of Aquin's High School is a state-funded Catholic secondary school in the Tollcross area of Edinburgh.
The school was established as the all-girls St Thomas of Aquin's College in 1886. In 1919 it was transferred to the local education board. The building was upgraded in 1961. In 1975 the first boys were admitted as pupils. In 1997 one of the main staircases collapsed. The new building opened in 2002.
In 2014, Thomas Hughes took over as head teacher of the school. Two deputy head teachers now assist him.
