Stéphane Felix Jerome Custot (born April 1963) is a French art dealer, gallerist and fair organiser.

Stéphane Felix Jerome Custot was born in April 1963.

In 1984, he joined Waring Hopkins' Galerie Hopkins located on Avenue Matignon, Paris. Then in 2001, he partnered with him to form Galerie Hopkins-Custot.

From 1995 to 1996, he co-organized with Patrick Perrin and Emmanuel Moatti the Salon des Beaux-Arts, held at the Espace Eiffel-Branly.

− In 1996, he co-founded the Pavillon des Antiquaires and the Pavillon des Beaux-Arts with Patrick Perrin. In 2006, the fair was renamed as the Pavilion of Art & Design (PAD) annually in Paris and London.

In 2010, Custot joined Waddington Galleries through the acquisition of Lord Bernstein’s shares of the gallery. It forms Waddington Custot Galleries.

The gallery, based in Mayfair, represents a number of contemporary artists from the UK, Europe, and North America including Peter Blake,Ian Davenport, Peter Halley, Axel Hütte, Robert Indiana, Mimmo Paladino, Fabienne Verdier, Bill Woodrow, and the Estates of Josef Albers,Milton Avery, Patrick Caulfield,Jean Dubuffet,Barry Flanagan and Patrick Heron.

Regular solo exhibitions of gallery artists are interspersed with group shows of works by major twentieth-century artists including John Chamberlain, Fausto Melotti, Henry Moore,Ben Nicholson, Pablo Picasso, Robert Rauschenberg, Pierre Soulages, Frank Stella and Antoni Tapies.
