Srinivas Kandula is an Indian business executive, entrepreneur, and the current CEO of India operations at Capgemini, and the former Member of the Executive Council and Chief People Officer of IGATE’s Global Business Strategy, Human Resources, Quality Management and Marketing portfolios.

Srinivas Kandula Holds a Doctoral Degree from XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.
