Spring Stampede (1999) was the fourth annual Spring Stampede professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). The event took place on April 11, 1999 from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington.
The main event was a Four Corners match for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, where Ric Flair defended the title against Hollywood Hogan, Sting and Diamond Dallas Page, with Randy Savage serving as the special guest referee. Page won the title.
Featured matches on the undercard were a standard wrestling match between Goldberg and Kevin Nash, Booker T versus Scott Steiner for the vacated WCW United States Heavyweight Championship and Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko versus Raven and Perry Saturn in a tag team match.
