* Played every season in La Liga.
** The former CD Málaga played in La Liga for the first time in the 1949-50 season. The current Málaga CF did it in the 1999-00 season.

* The former Elche FC played in Segunda División for the first time in the 1934-35 season. The current Elche CF did it in the 1941-42 season.

* The former Sestao Sport Club played in Segunda División B for the first time in the 1977-78 season. The current Sestao River Club did it in the 2004-05 season.

* The former Mallorca Atlético played in Segunda División B for the first time in the 1986-87 season. The current Mallorca B did it in the 1995-96 season.
