The South Eastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC) is a lacrosse-only athletic conference affiliated with the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA). The SELC incorporates teams in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, and is divided into two divisions, Division I and Division II. With close to 40 members, it is the largest of the MCLA's ten conferences.

Currently the SELC DI league includes nine member schools from the Southeastern Conference (SEC), seven member schools from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), three member schools from the American Athletic Conference (AAC), and one member school from the Big 12 Conference.

18 institutions make up the SELC Division II League. The league comprises various collegiate athletics levels.
