Sonny Kahn is an American businessman. He is the co-founder and chairman of Crescent Heights, a real estate development company based in Miami Beach, Florida. Kahn, Russell W. Galbut and Bruce Menin co-founded the company in 1989. He is a billionaire.
In 1972, Kahn emigrated to Los Angeles from Israel.
In 1993, Kahn bought a 11,520-square-foot house at La Gorce Golf, Miami Beach, for $2.25 million, the former home of the pop singer Barry Gibb.
