Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne (born April 18, 1996), better known by his stage name Ski Mask the Slump God (or simply Ski Mask), is an American rapper from Broward County, Florida. He is best known for his collaborations with rapper XXXTentacion such as "Take a Step Back" and solo songs like "Catch Me Outside" and "BabyWipe".
Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne was born on April 18, 1996 in Lauderhill, Florida. In 2014, Goulbourne was sent to juvenile detention center for possession of marijuana. He met Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, better known by his stage name XXXTentacion during his time in the juvenile detention center and the two eventually became close friends and frequent collaborators.
Following Goulbourne's release, he formed the rap group "Very Rare" and released his first song "Catch Me" on the streaming service Soundcloud. Goulbourne eventually joined XXXTentacion's collective Members Only after the release of Members Only Vol. 1, a collaboration mixtape with XXXTentacion in 2015. This mixtape would eventually be followed up with Members Only, Vol 2 and then Members Only, Vol 3 on June 26, 2017.
In May 2016, Goulbourne released his first mixtape Drown-In-Designer which generated popular songs such as "Take a Step Back" featuring XXXTentacion and "Where's the Blow!" featuring Miami rapper Lil Pump. Between the release of his two mixtapes, Goulbourne released two EPs; Very Rare Lost Files and Slaps for My Drop-top Mini-van, the former including the single "Life is Short". Goulbourne currently gets an average of one million plays a week.
On June 30, 2017, Goulbourne released his debut commercial project YouWillRegret under Universal Music Group.
During a concert at The Fonda Theatre, Los Angeles, Goulbourne was pushed off stage and then assaulted by a supposed-associate of rapper Rob Stone. The attack was said to be instigated by an ongoing feud between the two rappers, starting when Goulbourne refused to leave the stage during Stone's opening act for rapper Desiigner.
