Sizzy Rocket

Sabrina Louise Bernstein (Sizzy Rocket) is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. (Born April 16, 1992). In 2016, she released her debut album, “Thrills” and toured nationwide as direct support for Kitten. In 2016, she started independent record label/brand Diet Punk Records through which her punk side project with The Kick-Drums, Shiny Wet Machine, is released.

Growing up in Las Vegas, Rocket knew she wanted to be a performer from the age of 7 and found an audience where she could, performing everywhere from strip malls to churches. In high school, she threw herself into her studies and ultimately graduated the valedictorian of her class at Las Vegas Academy. During her time there, she played Las Vegas’ own Bite of LV Festival, House of Blues, opened for Imagine Dragons, and made a brief yet memorable appearance on America’s Got Talent.

Rocket found herself making the move to New York City to attend college at NYU’s Clive Davis School of Music where she ultimately dropped out to pursue her career. Work with various producers ultimately lead to a publishing deal with Universal where she has since written with the likes of Julian Bunetta and Flosstradamus. A collaboration with the latter, “Don’t Trip,” was featured on Flosstradamus’ most recent EP with Run The Jewels.

In 2016 she released her debut full-length album THRILLS via independent record label Yebo Music - the lead single, "Bestie" received polarizing press, with PAPER Magazine calling it a “biting girl-on-girl anthem".

Currently, Rocket is based in Los Angeles writing songs with artists such as Hey Violet, and working on her multiple artist projects - to be released later this year via Diet Punk.
