Herbert Perrott Pakington (c. 1701 – 1748) was a Pakington baronet who was also a member of parliament.
Pakington was born around 1701 to Sir John Packington and, Hester Perrott, his father's second wife. From 1727 to 1747, he was one of the two Members of Parliament (MPs) for Worcestershire succeeding his father.
Packington was one of the lovers of the courtesan Teresia Constantia Phillips. Packington was so obsessed with her that he twice attempted to suicide to keep her attention.
He had two sons, John and Herbert Perrott, who became the sixth and seventh Pakington baronets.
