Sir Edward Seymour, of Berry Pomeroy, 5th Baronet, MP (1660 or 1663 – 29 December 1740/1741) was an English landed gentleman and politician.
He was a son of the Royalist and Tory politician Sir Edward Seymour, 4th Baronet, by his first wife, Margaret Wale.
He married the niece of his stepmother Laetitia Popham (d. 1738), daughter of Sir Francis Popham, of Littlecote, Wiltshire (d. 28 August 1674), and wife Eleanor Rogers, and granddaughter of Alexander Popham and wife Letitia Carre, by whom he had twelve children:
