Simon Richard Clarke is a British politician, and the Conservative Party MP for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland. He was elected in the 2017 general election held on 8 June.
Clarke was born in . He was educated at University College, Oxford and was a solicitor with Slaughter and May before coming to work at the House of Commons in 2010, firstly for Dominic Raab then Graham Stuart.
