Showground Central

The Showground Central railway line was a special suburban line in the city of Adelaide, South Australia which only operated during the Royal Adelaide Show.

The route, opened in 2003, ran along the Belair and Noarlunga Centre alignment from Adelaide railway station to a temporary platform at Showground Central. The station's single platform was assembled during the show period only, and then removed and stored until the next show. Following the success of the route's establishment, a 15-minute express shuttle running between the two terminus stations was later established in 2005.

The route was used for the last time in 2013 when the Showground Central and Keswick railway stations were replaced by the permanent Adelaide Showground railway station, opened in 2014.
